Our beautiful Lake Michigan beach with its gorgeous sunsets and endless shoreline is restricted to a Beach House at Lakeside, Mi. guests and Homeowner Association members

2 Bathrooms
Each cottage has 2 updated bathrooms. One on each floor.

Fully equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, 6 Burner Gas Range, Oven(s), Microwave, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, 12 Cup/K-Cup Coffee Maker, Toaster, Mixer, Blender and Dinnerware/Utensils/Cookware. Granite and Quartz countertops.
Swimming pool
Heated swimming pool w/deck, lounge chairs, basketball hoop and seating area. Pool area has latched gate access for child safety (Available Memorial Day Weekend through Mid-September)
Outdoor Hot Tub
8 person Hot Tub (available Mid-September through weekend prior to Memorial Day weekend)
Sunroom
Spacious Sunroom with 50” LCD TV, Blu-ray/DVD Player, Roku Streaming and pull-out Sofa bed. Local Cable available through Roku.
Yard and Patio
Play area with patio and picnic tables near the pool for outdoor meals or relaxing.

Cottage A
This cottage has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each floor. There is a screened-in front porch with a pocket door in the wall that separates the 2 cottages. This allows groups using both cottages to easily cross between the cottages without having to go outside.

Cottage B
This cottage has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the 2nd floor. The screened-in front porch has a pocket door in the wall that separates the 2 cottages. This door will be closed when a guest only uses one of the 2 cottages.
