To place a deposit toward a reservation:
Send an email to cottage@hotmail.com to confirm availability and request a link to use your preferred method of placing a deposit. Reservation requests less than 30 days prior to arrival must pay in full including rental amount, pet fees, housekeeping and $450 refundable security deposit.
A deposit can be made with a credit card, Zelle or Venmo. Credit card payments will be processed through PayPal.
Be sure to include the following in your reservation request:
Arrival and departure Dates
Preferred Cottage A or B or both A and B
The number of guests that will be staying
The number of pets (if any) you will bring
Your name and phone number
Any special requests (Pac-n-play, high chair)
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge having read the Rental Policy and agree to all the terms and conditions stated therein.
